Membership Benefits
Thank you for considering membership in the Human Resource Association of Central California, (HRACC). For over twenty years, human resource professionals in the Central San Joaquin Valley have been meeting for the purpose of professional development, networking, and career enhancement. Today, there are over 240 members of HRACC representing a wide spectrum of industries and employers throughout the area. By joining HRACC, you are becoming affiliated with the largest and most progressive organization devoted to the human resources profession in all of Central California.
Benefits of Membership

Monthly meetings featuring speakers on topics of current interest to HR professionals. Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month except in December when no meeting takes place. The luncheon meetings are held at Tornino’s Banquets, 5080 North Blackstone Avenue, Fresno.

Networking opportunities are available to share ideas and develop professional relationships with other men and women in the human resources field.

Monthly newsletter-The newsletter is emailed to each member monthly with updates and current information of interest to HR professionals. The HRACC Resource also highlights chapter activities, professional development opportunities, legislative news, and other items of interest.

Professional certification is directly available through HRACC from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Additionally, formalized study group opportunities have been established to allow you to study with your peers to successfully prepare for your certification exam.

A membership directory is available to each member via website. This resource includes information on each member, the HRACC Code of Ethics, By-laws, Annual Calendar of Events, listing of our Board of Directors, Committees, opportunities for service and more.

Legislative updates are regularly available to our members. These updates include the latest in legislative developments on the national and state level. Opportunities also exist to visit lawmakers in Sacramento as part of the annual legislative advocacy day.

Job opportunities are available through the HRACC website as well as by announcement at each of the monthly meetings. These confidential listings are available free of charge to HRACC members.

Affiliation with SHRM, the premier national human resources organization, is directly available to you as a member of HRACC.

HRACC Annual Dues Payment

Your annual dues for membership in HRACC are $75.00 per year. Dues are owed each year by February 1 of the membership year. In the event you join from January 1st through August 31st; your dues remain $75.00 for the year. If you join from September 1st through December 1st; your dues are reduced fifty percent to $37.50.

Your dues payment will provide you with all of the privileges of regular membership. Monthly luncheon costs and other fees such as those for the certification exam will be at an additional cost.
