Welcome to the HRACC Online Member Only Section; the documents and information contained in this HRACC Member Only database are provided as an exclusive service for HRACC members. Use of any of these documents and information, including the Membership Roster, indicates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

By entering your user ID and member password here, you have entered into an agreement with the Human Resource Association of Central California (HRACC) that your use of the Member Roster Online and all other documents and information contained in the HRACC Online Member Only database is for your personal professional use as a current member in good standing of HRACC. You further recognize that HRACC membership is not a corporate or organizational membership and is individually based. Any use by non-members is explicitly forbidden and is considered a professional and ethical violation as well as theft of member-funded services reserved for the exclusive use of members. In particular and without limitation, you also agree not to use the information contained in this database to conduct any solicitation of sale of merchandise and/or services other than by advertising in it.

In addition, entry of your user ID and member password indicate that you understand that the material contained in this database should be treated as confidential, proprietary information and is a trade secret owned exclusively by HRACC. Current HRACC members may use the Membership Roster database for the sole purpose of facilitating communications among HRACC members as part of the normal professional pursuits and functions of HRACC.

You further agree that you understand that you are not permitted to use, copy, modify or transfer to magnetic media or otherwise duplicate the HRACC Member Only database, or any copy of addition or modification of it, in whole or in part, for any reason other than stated in the paragraphs above.

If you transfer possession or any copy or modification of the HRACC Member Only database to another party for any reason, it may lead to termination of your membership in HRACC and/or other measures as appropriate under intellectual property, copyright and trade-secret laws. Unauthorized use of the material contained in this database is prohibited and can subject you to damages plus attorney’s fees under the Uniform Trade Secrets Act.

Parties desiring to reach HRACC members via the mail are able to purchase mailing labels from HRACC. Each such use requires the separate purchase of the mailing labels, which also are a trade secret and proprietary information of HRACC.

While HRACC has made every attempt to provide the most current and correct membership records, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information contained in this database.
